oct 15 question 3

I will pick one conception that really stands out to me. “Self-Serving Biases” errors that we may not understand, leads some to draw upon conclusion. Three include misconception that we are in control, overestimating ourselves comparison to others, and exaggerate our strengths and minimize our weaknesses. The misconception that we control chance when it come to lottery tickets. I believe that people rely of luck more than anything. The sales of lottery tickets have boasted up even in a Recession. Next, overestimation ourselves comparison to others, the ability that we feel that it is our fault for irrational events to happen to us and feel like one is in control. This misconception really creates us to think it is ones fault. Furthermore, we might believe that we had control over the situation. Finally, exaggerate our strengths and minimize our weaknesses, the notion that we are overconfidence is vital because if we don’t reach a dream one can put themselves down. This understanding that we can only do so much creates a burden when one doesn’t reach a goal. Thank you for the read.
